• Develop strong carrier relationships to ensure high level of service and communication.
• Source daily capacity for customer shipments utilizing multiple resources.
• Utilize analytics to make informed decisions on carrier selection and performance evaluation.
• Manage daily communication with carrier base, including rate negotiations, shipment requirements, and load tendering.
• Resolve transportation issues, such as delays and disruptions, to keep shipments on track.

• Develop strong relationships with new and existing logistics customers.
• Handle daily internal and external interactions, which includes negotiating rates, addressing objections, and presenting the value proposition of Single Point’s services.
• Full management of customers from an account management standpoint including but not limited to; managing costs to maximize profit, managing problem resolution, ensuring execution KPI are being met, and continual process improvement as your book of business grows.
• Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with carriers, understanding their unique financial needs and offering factoring solutions to improve their cash flow.
• Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, tracking leads and client interactions to effectively prioritize and follow up on opportunities.
• Effectively negotiate terms, rates, and agreements with clients.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports.
